Have you felt it lately? That sense that something is shifting, even if you can’t quite name it?
You’re not imagining it. The energy around us has changed. A new chapter is opening up, and it’s opening up for you too.
In this week’s Monday Motivation, my guides, the Jeromes, came through with a message about new birth. Not a birth in the physical sense. A rebirth of you.
It’s about stepping into the life you already know you’re meant to live. And leaving behind the parts of you that no longer fit.
Letting Go of the Old You
We all carry an old version of ourselves around. It’s the part that keeps us stuck. The habit that drains us. The pattern we keep repeating even though we know better.
The Jeromes were very clear about this. That old self is dragging you down. And right now is the moment to set it down and walk forward without it.
Think of it like turning a page. The universe is moving into a fresh cycle, and that movement brings clarity. Things that felt foggy start to make sense. Doors that felt locked start to open. You just have to be willing to step through.
It Starts With a Commitment
So how do you actually do this? The answer is simple. Well, simple in some ways and harder in others.
It all comes down to commitment. The commitment to stop doing the things you know aren’t working. And the commitment to start doing the things you know you need to do.
Here’s the important part. When the Jeromes talk about things that are “wrong” for you, they aren’t talking about sin or failure. They mean things that simply aren’t the right fit anymore. There’s no shame here. No judgment. No reason to beat yourself up.
Everything you did before had a purpose. There were lessons in it. You needed those lessons to get to this point, the point where you finally realize you’re ready for something different. That’s growth. That’s exactly how it’s supposed to work.
So let the guilt go. You don’t need it where you’re headed.
A Simple Meditation to Call In the New
This is where it gets beautiful, because calling in the new is easier than you think.
Tonight, find a quiet spot. Your couch is perfect. Sit down, take a few deep breaths, and close your eyes.
Then ask the universe to speak to you. Ask it to answer your questions. And ask this one directly. What am I supposed to be doing now that’s different from what I’ve done in the past?
Then just listen.
You’ll likely hear two or three things. The voice will be quiet. It won’t shout. But you’ll know it’s true because you’ll feel it in your gut. That’s your intuition, and it’s never steered you wrong.
Big Shifts, Small Steps
Some of what comes through may be small. A conversation you need to have. A habit you need to drop.
Some of it may be big. A change that takes more than a day, a week, or even a month. That’s okay. You don’t have to do it all at once.
The point is to start. Take the first step, then the next one. Every step you take is you creating the life you actually want.
Life isn’t meant to be a constant struggle. We won’t promise it’ll always be easy. But it is supposed to feel a lot more comfortable than many of us allow it to be. You deserve that comfort. You deserve that ease.
Your Week Ahead
Over the next week or so, give this new birth your attention. Notice the fresh energy that’s been moving into your life. Welcome it. Work with it. Let it carry you forward.
Your new chapter is already here. All you have to do is turn the page.
If a question came up for you while reading this, I’d love to help you find the answer.
Ready for guidance on what’s next for you?
